The Philippine’s first Congress representative for Philippine Youth, Representative Raymond Palatino will be speaking at the CSULB Multicultural Center. Rep. Palatino will be discussing the situation of Filipino youth, the issues and campaigns of Kabataan Partylist (youth partylist), and his experiences in the Philippine Congress. With question and answer period at the end.
